Girls Soccer Host Central in quest of County Championship

The Lady Hornets girls soccer team will be taking on the Lady Bears of Central High School tonight at The Hornets Nest with JV starting at 6 PM. Varsity will follow after.  If varsity wins or ties, the Lady Hornets will claim their first county championship. The cost of admission is $4.

JV Girls Basketball at Central Canceled

The JV girls basketball game scheduled for 6 PM Friday night at Central High School has been canceled. The varsity game was moved to 6:30 PM start time at Central.

Clemons, Hobbs, Arey are District Champs

Kaitlyn Clemons, Alexis Hobbs and Morgen Arey claimed district championships at girls weightlifting district tournament at South Sumter High School.  The Lady Hornets place 4th in the district as a team. Kelsey Manns, Lauren Stoker and Isabella Enriquez also placed to reach state regionals. Congratulations!

Girls Soccer County Champs!!

With the win over Springstead, defeating the Eagles 6-0, The Lady Hornets have clinched the county championship. Congratulations ladies!

Lady Hornets Basketball Ranked #8

The Lady Hornets basketball team is ranked #8 with a 9-0 record in the Tampa area. The rankings can be seen on: http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/hometeam/2017/12/18/hometeam-25-girls-basketball-rankings-for-tampa-bay-3/ This is the highest ranking the Lady Hornets has ever been.  The Lady Hornets host Cypress Creek this Thursday, December 21st with the JV tipping off at 6 PM.

Corbett scores 25 in Lady Hornet Victory
